I bought the FileMed application more than 5 years ago. I have been using the EMR for a long time now in my Orthopedic clinic. Just today, it doesn't work anymore. A message in my computer screen is asking me if I wanted to buy or get the trial version. What do I need to do? I need help.

The message indicates the software is out of the registration period. Unfortunately, it's impossible to buy it anymore because the official website is discontinued. If you try to access Filemed.com, an error related to DNS Timeout will be displayed instead. You might need to use another application since this one can't be purchased anymore.
I have purchased an Electronic Medical Records program called "FileMed". This is the FULL licensed program. Currently, I am running just one workstation/server on one desktop computer in the office. I will like to know my available options if I want to use another laptop or tablet to do my house calls/or onsite visits to patients and still be able to sync the data to my office station when I get back. Will purchasing another server or even the flash drive version solve this issue and then back-up and sync the same information to two devices?

The official website of the developers is not working anymore. I have tried to obtain information about it, but it's impossible. In this case, you'll have to contact the people/the website you've purchased the application from. Since it's an application used in the medical area, they know exactly what you need in order to sync the data when you do house calls or visits.
I had purchased the program (full version). At thempment I am running just one work station/server on one desktop computer in the office. The website of the developer is not working. I have tried accessing it, but no information could be found. If you have the possibility, go to Help > About and use the information you find to get in touch with the developer of the application. He should provide additional information.
Alternatively, use the Help > Help Topics and read about the licensing part. Everything should be explained there when it comes to multiple installation.

Another solution is eMedisyn: http://www.medisynfo.com/eMedisyn.aspx
